December 1966: Established for broach manufacturing and regrinding, repair and sales of machining tools.
February 1967: Constructed plant for broach manufacturing and began production at 4847 Midori-cho, Kawaguchi-shi.

March 1970: Constructed new plant and relocated to Shiki-shi, Saitama-ken to upgrade facilities and expand production.
July 1979: Upgraded broach production system and incorporated new facilities to achieve high-precision production and constructed No.2 plant in Shiki-shi.

November 1982: Opened Hamamatsu Sales Office to expand sales.
December 1984: Used broach manufacturing technology to launch production of casting pins and core pins for use in aluminum die casting molds
February 1985: Constructed No. 3 plant in Shiki-shi to begin production of contact rubber molds.
August 1985: Opened Nagoya Sales Office to expand sales
February 1986: Incorporate new facilities to expand broach production and constructed No. 4 plant in Shiki-shi.
November 1987: Opened Osaka Sales Office in Kishiwada-shi to expand sales and constructed adjacent production plant for casting pins.
October 1988: Received patent for simple mold manufacturing method.
October 1989: Opened Tochigi Sales Office to expand sales and constructed adjacent service plant for broach regrinding.

April 1990: Opened Hiroshima Sales Office to expand sales
May 1990: Constructed No. 5 plant in Shiki-shi to streamline production
April 1996: Relocated main plant to Yorii-machi, Saitama-ken to construct new production system and streamline operations. Closed No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, and No. 5 plants and integrated into main plant.
July 1997: Designated as Sai no Kuni plant by the governor of Saitama Prefecture

September 2004: Constructed new mold plant in Fukaya-shi, Saitama-ken to expand mold production and incorporate new advanced facilities.
January 2007: Constructed new pin plant in Fukaya-shi, Saitama-ken to expand production of casting pins and core pins for aluminum die cast molds.
2009: Formulated an Environment Policy and obtained EcoStage 1
2010: Constructed plant in Obusuma, Yorii-machi to expand broach production system.
2013: Changed company logo to honor spirit of company founding.
